Lakshya is a beautifully made movie about the struggles of a young man to form an identity for himself and prove his loyalty to his country. Well written script and dialogues. Watching this movie makes anyone want to form a bikers gang and speed on the roads of Mumbai city. Story was orignal and Uday Chopra did really well in this film. Esha Doel has finally come of age and has broken away from the image of being Garam Dharam's baby daughter. This movie has an added bonus of the awesome title song. Salman and Akshay have done a wonderful job with their comedic performance. About opposite kind of guys who try to woo the same girl. This movie is pretty well made for a female debutant director. Farah Khan tries to make it full of coulour and life. Alot is happening and there is alot of energy in this movie. New comers, Amrita Rao and Zaayed Khan fit the bill to a tee but older actors like Shah Rukh and Sunil Shetty look a bit odd playing roles that is obviously not meant for them. The hottest part in this movie has to be Sushmita Sen who after Sridevi has made wearing the sari garb sexier than the bikini! She uplifts the mood of the entire film!
