Here's where the Mirch Masala starts and I love it!!

Reincarnation for Revenge...Fascinating.

Vyjanthimala commits suicide to avoid getting raped, and returns to take her revenge. And, boy, does she get her revenge. One woman you don't want to be messing with in the 50s!

The Dilip Kumar-Vyjanthimala romance is also very filmi. Overall I think this was the start of the "Filmi" era and it was good start at that...
