Rani Mukherji is the sole saving grace of this pretty boring film.

Seemingly styled a little after that runaway Hollywood blockbuster Pretty Woman, Chori Chori has Khushi (Rani Mukherji) as the livey orphan con girl.

Puja (Sonali Bendre) has spurned architect Ranbir Malhotra (Ajay Devgan), leaving him shattered.

Meanwhile, having been thrown out of her job and house Khushi badly needs a roof over her head and money. So she strikes a pact with Ranbir to pretend to be his fiancee to let him try his luck again with Puja by making her jealous.

Well, the ways of Cupid are mysterious. And unbeknownst to Ranbir, Khushi soon inveigled herself into his heart.

Rani Mukherji is marvellous as Khushi while Ajay Devgan is so-so as the taciturn architect Ranbir.

The movie drags considerably in the second half and the songs are nothing to write home about either. ... More ... Collapse
